Client Care Nest — Delete Account
You can delete your Client Care Nest account and associated data at any time using either of the options below:

Delete your account from inside the app:
Open the Account tab, select Delete Account, and follow the on-screen instructions. This will permanently remove your account and all related data. We may retain limited log information (such as account deletion timestamps and technical logs) for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, even after an account is deleted. -
Request deletion by email:
If you are unable to access the app, you may send a deletion request to support@clientcarenest.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
Inactive Free Accounts
Free accounts may be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Inactivity generally means there has been no account login or meaningful account usage during that period.
If a free account is deleted due to inactivity, the account and associated user-created data may be permanently removed and may not be recoverable. Paid accounts in good standing are not subject to automatic deletion for inactivity while the subscription remains active.
Upon receiving your request (or after in-app confirmation), We will do our best to permanently delete your account and all associated user data within 30 days. We may retain limited technical or audit logs for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. These logs do not include client records or personal data you created within the service.
Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. If you would like to request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account, please contact us at support@clientcarenest.com.
